Ingredients
  

  • 1 14.75 ounce can salmon, undrained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the undrained can of salmon and the egg. Mix well.
