Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grate the peeled potatoes using a box grater or food processor with a grating attachment.

  • Spread the potato mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pressing down slightly.
