Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper red or green
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 small jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the diced pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro. Pour in the lime juice and sprinkle the salt. Stir everything until well mixed.
