Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder or pork butt
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the pork shoulder.
