Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in the oats.
