Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

  • Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
