Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Cut the bell peppers into quarters, removing the seeds and membranes.
