Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey until fully combined.
    Fresh salmon fillets on a wooden cutting board, ready for cooking.
  • Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat with the marinade. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place the salmon cubes in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through.
