Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil finely chopped
  • 5 cups corn kernels fresh from about 10 ears, or about 2 16-ounce bags frozen, thawed and well drained

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, mash the butter, salt, and pepper together with a fork.
