- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well until all spices are evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, such as a mason jar, and store in a cool, dry place.
