Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Brown the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
