  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 celery spears diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes 14.5 ounces
  • 1 can tomato sauce 8 ounces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the diced bell pepper, onion, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
