  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound russet potatoes washed, dried, and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the potato slices and toss to coat evenly.
