  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 can 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro chopped for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  • Season the chicken pieces with the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
