Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 4 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles to decorate, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place 2 sheets of parchment paper (overlapping) in a 9x13-inch pan. Spray with cooking spray.

  • Stir everything except the white chocolate chips and sprinkles in a large saucepan on the stove. Bring to a boil while stirring.

  • Continue to boil for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.

  • Pour the fudge into the lined pan. Allow to cool for 10 minutes at room temperature. Chill for 15 minutes in the fridge.
