  • 2 cups fresh strawberries washed and halved
  • 1 cup diplomat cream
  • 1 cup waffle crisp cookies broken into pieces
  • 1 cup meringue cookies broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • This is simply assembly. Break up some cookies and meringues and line the bottom of a large plate. Top with some custard cream. Spread the cream over.
