  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and position the rack in the center.
  • Optional: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
  • Lay the bacon strips out flat on the baking sheet, close together but not overlapping.
