Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine ground coriander, paprika, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, and cayenne pepper if using.
