Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces frozen Tater Tots
  • 16 ounces lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Spread the Tater Tots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake the Tater Tots for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer for 5-6 minutes until the flavors blend.

  • Remove the crispy Tots from the oven. Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over them and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return the sheet to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.

  • Top your totchos with diced tomato, avocado, sliced jalapeños, black olives, red onion, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Serve immediately while hot.
