  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the ricotta.
  • Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture for 2 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
