Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

To serve:

  • celery
  • carrot sticks
  • chicken strip
