Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • In a double boiler or heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
