Today I am over at The Creative Mama and I am sharing this simple and delicious sweet corn pasta dish with you. Literally 15 minutes and dinner is on the table. It is fresh, clean, and flavorful. A new family favorite.

Oh yum too early for fresh corn in md, but I have some frozen that will be perfect. A little grilled shrimp and lunch is in the bag.
Once again thanks for the inspiration Bree. I am already making a dozen or so riffs on this idea.
Why didn’t I think that to add some garlic shrimp? What a good idea!
Oh and it was. I also made a salad with fresh local greens and roasted cherry tomatoes.

this sounds delicious. it reminds me of a dish i had at a restaurant. The dish I had was Fettucine with sweet corn, maine lobster, creme fraiche, fine herbs, cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmigiano. I just loved the combination of pasta with corn, lobster and creme fraiche. I’d love to give your recipe a try!

Oooh! I like Cora’s idea to add shrimp! I have some cooked shrimp in the fridge looking for a home…. I think that combining this pasta recipe with that shrimp will make for an astounding meal.
