I am starting to feel like a recipe stalker! I check out your blog a dozen times a day I am sure:)
Made these tonight and (of course) loved them! They are so super quick and easy (my kind of kid friendly dinner) and we all loved them.

So…what are we having tomorrow night?? :)

These were delicious. My whole family enjoyed them which says a lot since I have a 2 & 4 year old and a picky husband! Thanks for the idea

I made your Mexican chocolate cake & tortilla soup. The cake was really easy, although I had trouble getting the cream to form stiff peaks. I made the soup yesterday & there’s none left today. It was super easy & I finally used my food processor. Love your recipes. Next will be these taquitos, except I think I’ll substitute chicken. Keep on cookin!

Just made the baked turkey taquitos! I noticed mine were huge; I used normal burrito size tortillas. Whoops. Still deeeelicious! My boyfriend wasn’t hungry and yet ate 3 of them! It was a great way to use the cilantro we’ve been growing. Thanks!

Awesome! I am jealous of your fresh cilantro. We did not plant a garden this year because of the move and I really miss it.
