Marshmallow Pretzel Bars

marshmallow-pretzel-bars_11This post will be a drive by. We lost our great-aunt this week and I am in NJ spending time with my family and celebrating her life.

I made these marshmallow pretzel bars a few weeks ago to bring to a friend’s house. These are a fun twist on the rice krispie treat. I love a dessert that you can make in 5 minutes. It took me longer to crush the pretzels than anything else. After I took the pictures, I decided to fancy them up a little and dip them in chocolate. I dipped half in the chocolate and sprinkled a little sea salt on top to make them pretty.
