I love having parties. I really do. I love planning my menu, putting out fresh flowers, and doing as much as possible ahead of time so that I can enjoy my guests to the fullest. I would have no problem becoming a vegetarian. I could easily give up meat, and live on salads, but I do not think that my family would go along with me. My boys are meat eaters. Green Bean and Potato Salad
