Then, after a LOT of experimentation with combinations and quantities, I have arrived at this, an easy-to-assemble spice recipe that will bring new life to your chicken.

- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 ½ tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried oregano
